Leadership and Culture Change Directorate
The Leadership and Culture Change Directorate (LCCD) is a learning and development team of leadership experts embedded in the Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), Human Capital Management Solutions Branch (HCMS). We offer consulting guidance and expert advice with a systemic lens of leadership for culture change to address shifting business needs that drive results and excellence while promoting balanced and sustainable wellbeing.
Our vision is to support departmental culture transformation by designing and facilitating specialized coaching, learning programs and learning events to address specific behavioural concerns contributing to environmental and operational challenges.
We are small, agile but mighty with an exceptional capacity to listen to organizational needs and challenges while providing behaviour-based solutions through learning and development in partnership with the client.
Our Mandate
LCCD’s mandate is to offer expert guidance and support the Human Capital Management (HCM) with a broad portfolio of learning and development services, specifically designed to meet the operational or culture change needs of the organization. Internal consulting, custom design, facilitation and coaching services for both employees and its leaders are some of the services that are offered.
